Limited Obstetrical Ultrasound
Once you’ve had a positive pregnancy test, it’s important to have an ultrasound before you make decisions about your plan for the pregnancy going forward.
An ultrasound is one of the ways to actually confirm your pregnancy. It can also tell you how many weeks pregnant you are, which could determine which options are available to you and whether it is an ectopic (or tubal) pregnancy, which can be life threatening. If you are considering parenting or placing for adoption, having an ultrasound allows us to provide documentation to help you apply for insurance and other resources that require confirmation of pregnancy. Please note, each client must first have a pregnancy test and nurse consultation before an ultrasound can be scheduled. Make an appointment for a free pregnancy test today.
